1 : Upload any file on your Google drive 

2 : Then right click on it & click share

3 : Click On Advanced / Change

4 : Change "Restricted" Privacy To "Any one with the link"

5 : Then copy that link to share and Paste it in to Notepad File.

Eg.-   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PnaC3avtytuUlgLwj-x1bqbAC2EDFd-V/view?usp=sharing


6 : Also Following link you need to copy 


Then Paste it Below that link in notepad

Eg.-

 2) https://docs.google.com/uc?export=download&id= Paste ID here


7 : Observe that two links. First one is your shareable link and second one is main link.

8 : Observe In your shareable link there is 'file ID' between last two /.. / (slash). Copy the file ID
 
Eg,- 
         https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PnaC3avtytuUlgLwj-x1bqbAC2EDFd-V/view?usp=sharing

in above link, file ID is Orange Colored. 


9 : Observe In second main link, there is " = " sign at the last before "Paste ID Here"

10 : Let paste that Copied file ID in main link instead of  Paste ID here

11 : Your link is redy to Download. 
Copy that final link and use in your blog / website.
